How to use our Heel and Arch Support:
Place them (nylon side up) inside the shoe. The support with the Profoot logo fits into the right shoe. If the support slides, peel off the covering from the adhesive strips on the bottom and press firmly into the shoe.
Warnings:
Important: the break-in period for the Heel and Arch Support is usually 24-48 hours. Be sure to always wear the orthotics in both shoes.
